Payment Procedure for Indian Nationals
The cost for attending the short-term course / presenting a research
paper / participating in the iRAD conference can be paid via the
Government of India’s Non-Tax Receipt Portal at Bharatkosh Website
Payment Instructions:
- In the Non-Tax Receipt Portal, only enter the cost of attending
the conference or short-term course as per the details given
below.
- Prior to making a payment: Please refer to the User Guide
available at Bharatkosh Website for
detailed steps.

For attending the short course: Please make a separate
payment in the Non-Tax Receipt Portal and download the receipt
generated by the portal.

Making Payment:
When making the payment, please use the following details:
- Account: Earth Sciences, GoI
- DDO Code: 200146-D.G.M
- Purpose: Earth Sciences (select either Early Bird Registration or
Late & Onsite Registration or Short-Term Course)
- Frequency: No Restriction
After Payment:
- Download the receipt generated from Bharatkosh, which
confirms your payment for the conference or short-term course.
- For attending both the conference and short-term
course: both the receipt shall be merged into a single PDF and
keep it handy for registration.
- After making payment, it is mandatory to register on the iRAD
2025 website and upload the receipt(s) along with other required
details.

Important Notes:
- Payment Method: Payment must be made exclusively through
the Government Non-Tax Receipt Portal. No other payment
methods will be accepted.
- Refund Policy: Payments made via the Non-Tax Receipt Portal
are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Excess Payments: The IMD will not be responsible for any
excess or wrong payments, and we cannot process any sort of
refunds, as IMD is not collecting any funds directly.
Detailed Payment Procedure via Bharatkosh
Portal (for Indian Nationals ONLY)
Before making a payment, please refer to the User Guide available
at Bharatkosh Website for detailed steps.
- Visit Bharatkosh Website
- Select Non-Registered Users under the Payment to GoI
section.
- Under Payment Purpose, choose the Depositor’s Category as
Individual and click the search icon.
- From the drop-down menu, select Ministry as Earth Sciences
and click the search icon again.
- In the Purpose category, select either:
- Early Bird Registration (Before 15 Nov 2024) (Conference): Select this option if payments made before November 15, 2024
- Late & Onsite Registration (Conference): Select this option if payments made after November 15, 2024
- Short Term Course on Radar Meteorology: Select this option to participate in short courses on 05th January 2025.

Click Next, enter the required amount as mentioned below, provide your personal details, and choose your
payment method (Debit card, Credit card, UPI).

- If payments were made for the conference and short
course, merge the receipts into a single PDF document.
- Use the merged PDF while registering on the iRAD 2025
website.

Foreign participants must pay in US Dollars through National
Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) directly to the designated bank for iRAD2025 Conferrence.
