iRAD 2025 Registration Procedure

Please follow the instructions below to accurately fill out the iRAD 2025 Registration form. Ensure all mandatory fields are completed to avoid submission errors.

  1. Full Name

    This field is required. Enter your full name as it should appear on your conference certificate.

  2. Gender

    Select your gender from the dropdown menu. This field is required.

  3. Age
    Enter your age in numeric form as on 06-01-2025. This is a mandatory field.
  4. Participant Category

    Select the appropriate category that best describes your participation in iRAD 2025. Options include:

    • Indian Delegate submitted Abstract / Paper in iRAD 2025.
    • Indian Student submitted Abstract / Paper in iRAD 2025
    • Indian Delegate Attending iRAD 2025 Conferrence[Abstract Not Submitted]
    • Indian Student Attending iRAD 2025 Conferrence [Abstract Not Submitted]
    • Foreign Student / Participant
    • Invited Speaker
    • iRAD 2025 Organizers
    This field is required. In case of student cateogry, they have to upload the Student ID Card in PDF format issued by educational institutes / Universities.
  5. Phone Number
    Enter your phone number. This is a required field for communication purposes.
  6. WhatsApp Number
    Enter your WhatsApp number. This is a required field for communication purposes.
  7. Organization (if applicable)
    Enter the name of your organization. This field is optional.
  8. Address

    Provide your residential or institutional address. This field is optional but recommended.

  9. Accommodation Required

    Select Yes or No to indicate whether you need accommodation during the conference. This is subject to availability and is a required field.

  10. Vehicle Arrangement Required

    Select Yes or No to indicate whether you are willing to use Shuttle Bus service arranged by IMD for transportation. This field is required.

  11. Whether to Participate in Short Course

    Select Yes or No to indicate whether you would like to participate in the short course on RADAR Meteorology offered during the conference. This field is required.

  12. Whether to Participate in Conference

    Select Yes or No to confirm your participation in the conference. This is a required field.

  13. Arrival Date

    Enter the tentative date of your arrival. Use the calendar input to select the correct date. This is a required field.

  14. Departure Date

    Enter the tentative date of your departure. Use the calendar input to select the correct date. This is a required field.

  15. Total Amount Paid

    If applicable, enter the total amount you paid through the Bharat Kosh portal for registration. This field is Required for everyone except Invited speaker / iRAD 2025 officials category. Click here to view the Payment Procedure.

  16. Bharat Kosh Payment Receipt

    Upload the payment receipt generated from the Bharat Kosh portal. Click the 'Choose File' button to upload the receipt from your device. If you make multiple payment in Bharat Kosh Portal merge the payment receipt into single PDF and upload it.Click here to view the Payment Procedure. Maximum File size shall be less than 3MB. This field is Required for everyone except Invited speaker / iRAD 2025 officials.

  17. Submit
    After completing all fields, Verify the details and then click the Submit button to submit the Registration Form. Double Check all the information is correct and true to best of your knowledge before submitting.
Note:
  1. If you have submitted any details of the registration form incorrectly or modify the details submitted or wish to cancel the registration, use the 'Cancel Registration ' option available on the iRAD 2025 website. Please note that any payments made through the Bharat Kosh portal will not be refunded
