Paper Submission Guidelines:

The contributory papers will be presented at the Conference using the posters during oral or interactive sessions.

The Scientific Program Committee will carry out the peer review of submitted articles / full papers. Select papers will be recommended for oral or poster presentation depending on the preference, suitability of the topics, and slot availability. Authors must submit their papers in English via the online submission system ONLY before the deadline. All submissions must be in the form of a PDF file. The format should follow different paper standards for iRAD-2025, as given in the following templates. The templates below also describe the page limits and other requirements. Please note the acceptable formats for different submission categories.

  • Contributed Papers: The authors must submit either an Extended Abstract or a Full Paper.
  • Young Scientist Awards (YSA) and Student Paper Competition (SPC): YSA and SPA applicants must submit a Full Paper.

Authors should please note that:

  1. All authors must agree to the copyright conditions available in the online submission process.
  2. Each author shall register only one account to submit one or more abstracts/full papers. If the same author has to submit multiple abstracts/full papers, the author shall use the same account in the iRAD 2025 portal.

Instructions for Abstract / Full Paper Submission:

Abstract / Full paper for iRAD-2025 shall be submitted online.
Step1: Register an account in iRAD2025 and login with the registered username and password
Step 2: Click the Conference -> Submit Abstract link. Submit Abstract Page will open.
Step 3:Fill the following information about the article and click Submit.

  • Paper Title
  • Abstract
  • Full Paper link, if available and optional at this stage
  • Presentation file, if available and optional at this stage
  • Keywords
  • Authors. In case of more than one author, Enter the authors' names separated by semicolon.
  • Corresponding Author Name
  • Corresponding Author Email
  • Author Response. Here, the author may write the cover letter or any specific message wish to provide to the Technical Program Committee of iRAD2025. [OPTIONAL]
  • Comments File. Here, the author may upload any cover letter to the committee for perusal and consideration [OPTIONAL]
Step 4:To view the current status of the submitted article, click conference -> Submission Status.

Response to Committee

Abstract Updation

After submission of the paper, the Committee may communicate the comments / seek additional information to the Corresponding author. The following steps are for providing suitable responses or uploading relevant documents to the Committee for further consideration.

Step1:Click Conference -> Submit Abstract link. Submit Abstract Page will open.
Step2: If the Committee wants to receive the updated Abstract document, the "Update Abstract" link will be visible in the table
Step 3:Modify the required information about the article and click Submit.

  • Presentation file, if available and optional at this stage

Full paper Submission

After successfully accepting the submitted abstract, the Committee may communicate the comments in full paper [if provided] / or request to upload the full paper [if not provided] to the Corresponding author. The following steps are for providing a suitable response or uploading the full paper to the Committee for further consideration.

Step1:Click Conference -> Submit Abstract link. Submit Abstract Page will open.
Step2: If the Committee wants to receive the updated Full Paper document, the "Update Full Paper" link will be visible in the table
Step 3:Modify the required information about the Full Paper and click Submit.

  • Author Response. Here, the author may write their response to the query asked by the Technical Program Committee of iRAD2025. [Mandatory]
  • Comments File. Here, the author may upload covering letter to the committee for perusal and consideration [OPTIONAL]
