IIG is located near Kalamboli Circle, Opposite Asudgaon Bus Depot, New Panvel (W), on the Mumbai-Panvel Road. The nearest bus stop is Kalamboli Highway (4 km from Panvel, 12 km from Belapur). The Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Mumbai, is about 40 km away.

By Taxi
Major taxi aggregators like Uber, Ola, Meru, etc., are available at airport terminals and train stations. These provide a convenient and direct way to reach IIG or nearby hotels.
By Airport Bus
Air-conditioned shuttle buses are available between the airport and Kharghar (Route S-105) at a frequency of approximately 30 minutes. Participants staying at hotels in Navi Mumbai along the Sion-Panvel Expressway can avail of this service. For detailed route and timings, visit Airport Shuttle Details.
By Local Train
Local trains are the quickest and cheapest mode of transportation in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). The nearest local train station to IIG is Khandeswar on the harbor line (dark blue line), just before Panvel Railway Station. From Khandeswar, you can take an auto-rickshaw to reach IIG (near Victory Automobiles (Petrol Pump)) in 5-8 minutes. Alternatively, you can alight at Panvel station and take an auto-rickshaw to reach IIG in about 15 minutes.
For participants staying at nearby hotels, auto-rickshaws are available from the nearest local train stations to the respective hotels.
How to Reach IIG by Train
Mumbai has several major train stations, including Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT), Lokmanya Tilak Terminus (LTT), Mumbai Central, Bandra, Dadar, and Panvel. After arriving at any of these stations, you can use local transportation (taxi, auto-rickshaw, or local train) to reach IIG or nearby hotels such as the Royal Tulip Hotel.
