Young Scientist Award (YSA)
Young Scientist Awards will present the best three papers presented at the conference.
Eligiblity:
The applicant for YSA should be less than or equal to 35 years old as on 05-01-2025.
Student Paper Competion (SPC)
Student paper competition awards would presented to the best three papers from university students.
Eligiblity:
Full-time University Student who is the first author and presenter of a paper (oral or poster).
Winners Announcement
The iRAD 2025 committee will decide the winners. The winners would announced during the conference dinner.
Support To YSA/SPC
Free conference registration
Free accommodation covers the entire conference duration (Note that the iRAD-2025 organizers will provide accommodation.) (If the SPC/YSA finalists arrange alternative accommodation, they must bear all the expenses independently.)
To and fro travel support up to third AC train fare or lower for the shortest distance from the applicant’s residence/office to the conference venue.
Note that for both SPC/YSA finalists, a maximum of INR 8,000 shall be reimbursed on the production of the actual receipt.
General Guidelines
The total duration for each presentation is 15 minutes (12+3). This timing shall strictly follow. The presentation schedule will be updated on the website soon.
Evaluation shall based on several parameters, including presentation skills, slides, novelty, time management, and contribution to the field.
